Signs You Need HVAC Service or Replacement
Your HVAC system is trying to tell you something — here's what to listen for:
Inconsistent room-to-room temperatures usually point to undersized ducts, leaky ducts, or an undersized/oversized system — all fixable with proper engineering.
An aging or poorly maintained AC loses efficiency every year — and at some point replacement is cheaper than continuing to operate it.
Most residential AC and furnace systems are designed for 15–20 years; past 15, repair costs and efficiency losses usually justify replacement.

Manual J Sizing Beats Rule-of-Thumb Every Time
Most HVAC contractors size systems by square footage, which routinely produces oversized equipment that short-cycles, costs more to operate and fails to dehumidify. We perform a full Manual J load calculation per room so the equipment matches your actual home.
Ductwork Is Half the Battle
Leaky, undersized or poorly designed ducts can waste 25–40% of system capacity. We test duct leakage, redesign ducts per Manual D when needed, seal connections with mastic, and insulate runs in unconditioned spaces. The result is consistent room-to-room temperatures and lower bills.
Heat Pumps & The Inflation Reduction Act
